Kunshan Changfa Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. is located in ShiPai district which between Shanghai and the Suzhou city China. Company invested around USD 5M in aluminum alloy manufacturing in 2002 . It started production and became one of the largest private aluminum processing enterprises in China. It covers 31,600 square meters and there are almost 200 employees. The production capacity is 12,000 metric tons of the aluminum alloy products with the sales revenue at around USD 35M (RMB240M) in 2008.
We are expanding the production capacity now, the new workshop is under construction, and will start machine installation and commissioning by the last quarter of 2009. Later on, our products chain will be extended. We will focus on aluminum tubes and cold drawn precise aluminum rod/square/flat bars. Also, we will help customers to make/process the aluminum industry profiles by our CNC machines.

Equipment:
The company has a complete set of production line for aluminum alloy processing in remelting, extrusion & heat treatment. We have 6 extruders from 2,500MT, 500MT, 4 drawing machines, 4 sets of large, middle and small straighteners, 1 set of 10m homogenizing furnace, 10m aging furnace, 18m and 10m quench furnace, 2 sets of remelting furnace and the physical and chemical inspection instruments for lab.

Products:
The products covers the round rods,square & flat bars .The round's diameter is from 5-260mm. The main products are 2A12 , 6061, 6082, 7075, 7A04, 7A09, 2A50, 2A14, 6063, 5A05, 5A02, 1060, 2023, 2014 and other aluminum alloy trademarks. They are widely used through the country in electronic, instrument, medical, spinning machine, aviation, shipping, machinery, war industry and other fields.

Subsidiary:
Kunshan Changfa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. Binzhou (Mengwei) Branch specializes in 2A12, 6061, 6063, 2A50, 2A14, 7075 with annual output of 30,000 metric tons aluminum alloy billets. Holding advanced production techniques, these products are casted by melted aluminum liquid which makes aluminum alloy products better in quality and improve the performance of oxygenation.
